Memorial Weekend.....

Memorial weekend was very busy. The girls spent a couple nights with Grandma w/puppies.  Lyle and I went to help our friends Gary and Tawnya unpack their goods for their home.  Man what a workout it was!  Kelsey was so much fun to play with and chase between rooms!  To see the world through a child's eye is priceless.  Glad to help our friends and how we missed them so much!  Very thankful for all our family and friends who serve in the military to protect our country and freedom!  Hope all had a wonderful weekend as well! 

Finally.....with Gary's expertise the Murphy Blog is back! THANKS GARY!

We are having a wonderful time visiting with our friends, Gary, Tawnya, and their princess Kelsey.  We are delighted to have them living in Idaho once again and look forward to many fun filled days ahead. 

Working on 4 weeks left of school this semester and looking forward to a relaxing summer.  This girl hasn't had a summer off from school since 2010. 

We hope to catch up with friends, do some camping, and enjoying the nice evenings watching the sun go down.  Oh and lots of pool time.

Have you ever had one of those moments in life where you try so hard and have everything ready and then something changes the entire plan?  Well, that was our weekend.  We attempted to take Pug camping and she had a stroke practically and now know we cannot leave her or take her camping.  Her snout is not long enough to breathe in the heat and get enough oxygen or she has really bad anxiety.  So on our second try out of town, we turned around at Eagle and headed home to unpack the just packed car.  Girls are crying because they wanted to go camping, fishing, swimming soooo badly.  We got home and unpacked and in 30 minutes pug was all better.  I believe she was telling us something.  Now we know.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We have changed our plans and I now know I will never purchase a pug again let alone really makes me wonder if I would ever want another dog in my future.
