Really Nice Day - October 5, 2013

So we went to celebrate a co-worker's 40th Birthday Party, and we had sooo much fun.  Jody, Phil and Amanda were wonderful hosts and so excited to share in Jody's Birthday celebration.  Then we picked up Lexy to have a slumber party.  We welcome Lexy into our home as part of our family.  We also had yummy cheesecake.....yummy!  Mommy won $20 on a scratch ticket on the way home!  Yahoo!!!  Winner...winner..chicken dinner!  Now planning Birthdays for Lexy, Chloe, and Kelsey ...all next weekend! Thank goodness mommy has Monday off to relax and relax and relax.  What a really nice Saturday with co-workers, friends, and family.  Really wishing Cathleen could have made the party. :(   Anyhoodles.....another day enjoyed!  Breathe and smile! :o)

How time goes by....pretty fast!

My girls, Chloe (Coco) and Emma (Boon-Boon), they are now in the 5th and 4th grade.  My Chloe is playing the Violin this year and Emma is doing her hair pretty for school every day!  I hope they know how much their mommy loves them and misses them when at work!  So we are off to a great school year and can't wait to spend time with them everyday reading and practicing their violin....it's almost like their teachers are giving the parents homework! LOL!  Well...any hoodless....

Memorial Weekend.....

Memorial weekend was very busy. The girls spent a couple nights with Grandma w/puppies.  Lyle and I went to help our friends Gary and Tawnya unpack their goods for their home.  Man what a workout it was!  Kelsey was so much fun to play with and chase between rooms!  To see the world through a child's eye is priceless.  Glad to help our friends and how we missed them so much!  Very thankful for all our family and friends who serve in the military to protect our country and freedom!  Hope all had a wonderful weekend as well!

We are having a wonderful time visiting with our friends, Gary, Tawnya, and their princess Kelsey.  We are delighted to have them living in Idaho once again and look forward to many fun filled days ahead. 

Working on 4 weeks left of school this semester and looking forward to a relaxing summer.  This girl hasn't had a summer off from school since 2010. 

We hope to catch up with friends, do some camping, and enjoying the nice evenings watching the sun go down.  Oh and lots of pool time.
